I bought Pro or subscribed to Coach but it's not showing up.
You can restore your purchase or subscription in the app by tapping "Restore Purchases" on the paywall or in Settings where available. This re-syncs your status with the App Store at no extra cost.
How many free matches do I get?
The free tier includes 3 matches. After that, you can unlock unlimited match tracking with a one-time Pro purchase. AI Coach features are available separately with a Coach subscription.
How do I cancel my Coach subscription?
Coach subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open your device's Settings, tap your Apple ID, then tap Subscriptions and select Pulse Tennis to manage or cancel. Deleting the app does not cancel an active subscription.
What does AI Coach use to create reports?
AI Coach uses your match scores, opponent names, dates, results, and performance statistics to generate match analysis, weekly summaries, trend coaching, and opponent scouting reports.
How do I score a point for my opponent?
Tap the bottom half of the screen to award a point to your opponent. Tap the top half to score a point for yourself.
Can I use the Digital Crown to navigate scores?
Yes! Rotate the Digital Crown while on the scoreboard to scroll through game, set, and match details.
How do I undo a point?
Long-press anywhere on the scoreboard screen to undo the last point scored.
Does the app track workouts in Apple Health?
Yes. When you start a match, Pulse Tennis begins a workout session and records it as a tennis workout in Apple Health. You can grant or revoke this permission at any time in the iPhone's Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → Pulse Tennis.
How do I view my match history?
From the home screen, tap the clock/history icon in the top-left corner to view all your past matches.
How do I change the default match format?
Go to Settings (gear icon in the top-right of the home screen) and use the Default Format picker to choose between 1 Set, Best of 3, or Best of 5.
