Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how Pulse Tennis ("we," "our," or "us") handles information. Pulse Tennis is developed and operated by Eddy Castro as an independent developer.

1. Information We Collect

Pulse Tennis is designed to be a privacy-first application.

Match Data (Local Storage)

All data you enter into the App (such as player names, match scores, and match history) is stored locally on your Apple Watch using SwiftData. We do not transmit, collect, or store this data on our servers.

Health & Workout Data

With your permission, the App may record a workout session using Apple's HealthKit framework. This data is stored locally in your Health app and on your device. We do not access or transmit your health data to any external servers.

Purchase Information

We use RevenueCat, a third-party service, to manage in-app purchase validation for the one-time Pro unlock. RevenueCat generates an anonymous App User ID to determine your purchase status (Free or Pro). We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or any personally identifiable information. Purchase data is not linked to your identity.

2. How We Use Information

Because we do not collect personal data on our servers, information use is limited to:

Deletion

You can delete all match data by deleting the App. Workout sessions recorded in Apple Health can be deleted directly from the Health app. Once deleted from the App, match data cannot be recovered by us.

5. HealthKit Data

Pulse Tennis requests access to write workout data to Apple HealthKit. This is used solely to log your tennis sessions as workouts. We do not read your health data beyond confirming authorization status, and we do not share HealthKit data with any third parties.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any updates will be posted on this page.

Important clarification: Pulse Tennis does not store user-generated content or personal data on its own servers. All match data you create is stored locally on your device.
