Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how Hushform ("we," "our," or "us") handles information. Hushform is developed and operated by Eddy Castro as an independent developer.

1. Information We Collect

Hushform is designed to be a privacy-first application. We do not collect any personally identifiable information (PII). We do not require you to create an account, provide an email address, or share your name to use the App.

Local Preferences

Your settings (such as your last selected sound, depth/warmth level, and timer choice) are stored locally on your device using Apple's standard storage frameworks. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us.

Purchase Information

We use RevenueCat, a third-party service, to manage in-app purchase validation for the Pro unlock. RevenueCat generates an anonymous App User ID to determine your purchase status. We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment card information through the App.

2. Audio Privacy

Hushform generates all audio algorithmically on your device using real-time synthesis. We do not record your environment, access your microphone, or transmit any audio data from your device.

3. How We Use Information

We use information solely to:

• Provide local app functionality, including remembering your last sound, depth, and timer settings
• Verify purchase status through the Apple App Store via RevenueCat

4. Third-Party Services

We rely on the following third-party services:

• RevenueCat: In-app purchase infrastructure. Privacy Policy
• Apple App Store: Payment processing. We do not access or store your payment information.

5. Offline Mode

Hushform is designed to generate audio entirely offline. An internet connection is only needed for purchase and restore flows.

6. Analytics

Hushform does not transmit app analytics to any third-party analytics service. In debug builds, the App may print local development events to the Xcode console. These events are never sent externally in production builds.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

Retention

Your preferences remain on your device as long as the App is installed. No user data is stored on our servers.

Deletion

You can delete all locally stored preferences by deleting the App. Once deleted, this data cannot be recovered by us.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. Because we do not collect personal information, we do not knowingly collect or solicit personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any updates will be posted on this page.

10. Your Rights Under GDPR (European Economic Area Users)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have certain rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the right to:

• Access the personal data associated with your App Store account
• Request correction or deletion of your personal data
• Object to or restrict the processing of your personal data
• Request data portability, where applicable

Important clarification: Hushform stores all user data locally on your device. We do not maintain servers with your personal information. Purchase-related data is processed by the Apple App Store and validated via RevenueCat using an anonymous App User ID. Any requests related to purchase billing or payment data must be handled directly through Apple.
