PocketOwl is designed as a tool to help you track your hourly work and estimate your gross pay. It allows you to compare these estimates with your official paystubs. The calculations provided by the App are estimates only and do not constitute professional financial, tax, or legal advice. We do not guarantee the absolute accuracy of the calculations, as they depend on the rules you set and may differ from your employer's payroll system.
Eddy Castro grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for personal purposes in accordance with these Terms. You are not permitted to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our App or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code.
PocketOwl offers a free tier which includes basic job setup, tracking, and one free paycheck comparison. To unlock additional features such as unlimited comparisons, period reports, multiple jobs, and daily overtime, you may purchase PocketOwl Pro.
Your shift and paycheck data is stored locally on your device. We are not responsible for lost data. You may export your data locally using the App's built-in export features. Please review our Privacy Policy for more details on how we handle data.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will meet your specific requirements, be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Eddy Castro shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the App.
