Welcome to QuickQuote PDF ("we," "our," or "us"). QuickQuote PDF is developed and operated by Eddy Castro as an independent developer.

By downloading, accessing, or using the QuickQuote PDF mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

QuickQuote PDF is a mobile utility application that allows users to create, manage, and export estimates, quotes, and invoices in PDF format. The App operates primarily offline and stores data locally on your device.

2. User Accounts and Data

The App does not require you to create an account to use its core features.

Local Storage

All data entered into the App (including client details, pricing, and document history) is stored locally on your device using your device's storage system. We do not host, transmit, or access this data on our servers.

Data Responsibility

You are solely responsible for backing up your data. We cannot recover your data if your device is lost, damaged, or if the App is deleted.

Backups

The App may provide export or backup features. It is your responsibility to safeguard any exported files.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

QuickQuote PDF offers a free tier with limited functionality and a paid Pro subscription that unlocks unlimited usage.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID (iOS) or Google Play account.

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Cancellation

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled directly by Apple or Google according to their respective policies. We do not process refunds directly.

Apple Disclaimer

Apple Inc. is not a party to these Terms of Service and is not responsible for the App or its content. Any claims relating to the App must be directed to us, not Apple.

4. Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain all rights to the text, data, and PDFs you create using the App.

App Ownership

We own the App, including its source code, design, interface, and trademarks. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities arising from your use of the App.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Legal Compliance

You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

10. Third-Party Beneficiary

You agree that Apple Inc., and Apple's subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. Upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.
